Hongdao G2 Aluminum Hollow Composite Panel is designed to meet latest strict fire regulations from domestic and overseas. And the panel is testing widely by our client under BS476-Part 4, En13501-A2, GB8264-A2, AS/NZ1530.1 - Part 4 and successfully past them.

1. The structure of panel is strong in terms of peeling strength(ASTM 1781), anti-crushing strength/Bending strength/shearing strength(ASTM E8).

2. The panel is smooth and flat, also incredibly strong.

3. Panel weight less than 4.3kg/2, improved the fabrication efficiency.

4. ALL aluminum body is not only non-combustible, but also fully recyclable.

Aluminium Hollow Composite Panel can easily be cut and routing the same way with traditional aluminium composite panel. Please review attached video for CNC back routing.
